elotto Terms and Conditions — what you agree to when you use this platform
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the elotto platform and all services made available through it. Please read this document carefully before creating an account or placing any wager. By registering and using elotto, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to everything set out below. These terms apply to all players accessing the platform from the Philippines.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the elotto platform — including creating an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game — you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions and that you agree to be bound by them. Your continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using elotto and, if applicable, close your account. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and elotto. We recommend saving or printing a copy of this document for your personal records.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
The elotto platform is strictly available only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction within the Philippines. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your age and identity, and failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or closure. It is a serious violation of these terms to register on behalf of a minor or to allow a minor to access your account. elotto does not knowingly accept registrations from underage individuals, and any account found to be held by a minor will be closed immediately and any funds therein handled in accordance with applicable regulations. If you are unsure whether online gaming is legal in your specific area of the Philippines, you should seek independent legal advice before registering.
3. Account Creation and Security
Each player may hold only one registered account on the elotto platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them. When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form, and you are responsible for keeping this information up to date. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password, and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must notify elotto immediately through the contact details provided on our FAQ page. elotto will never ask for your password by email, live chat, or any other communication channel, and you should treat any such request as fraudulent. We strongly recommend using a unique, strong password and enabling any additional security features available on your account.
4. User Obligations and Responsibilities
As a registered player on elotto, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in the Philippines. You must not use the platform to engage in any form of fraud, collusion, cheating, match manipulation, or any other activity that undermines the integrity of the games or other players' experience. You are prohibited from using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to interact with the platform in a way that is not expressly authorised. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the elotto software or infrastructure. Any winnings obtained through fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited methods will be considered void and may be reclaimed, and the relevant account will be subject to immediate closure. You acknowledge that elotto may monitor account activity to detect suspicious behaviour, and that cooperation with any resulting investigation is a condition of maintaining your account in good standing.
5. Platform Usage Rules
elotto grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment in accordance with these terms. This licence does not include any right to resell or commercially exploit the platform or its content, to collect or harvest any data from the platform, or to use the platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its operation. Access to the platform may be temporarily restricted for maintenance, security updates, or other operational reasons, and we will make reasonable efforts to inform players of planned downtime in advance.
6. Payments and Transactions
All deposits and withdrawals on the elotto platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP), eliminating currency conversion fees for players in the Philippines. Deposits are accepted through the payment channels listed on our Deposit page, and it is your responsibility to ensure that the payment method you use belongs to you and is registered in your own name. We do not accept deposits from third parties on behalf of another account holder, and any such transaction may be reversed and the relevant account reviewed. Withdrawal requests are subject to verification checks and will be processed within the timeframes stated on the Deposit page; processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected. elotto does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are outside our control. In cases where a payment is identified as potentially fraudulent or connected to prohibited activity, elotto reserves the right to hold the transaction pending investigation before releasing or returning funds. All financial transactions are recorded and may be reviewed as part of our security and compliance obligations.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, elotto shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including any losses resulting from game outcomes, technical failures, unauthorised access to your account, or reliance on any information provided on the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. elotto makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, elotto's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law. Nothing in these terms shall limit elotto's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter for which limitation of liability is not permitted by law. You agree that your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the platform is to stop using it and, where applicable, to close your account.
8. Account Suspension and Closure
elotto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in violation of these Terms and Conditions, applicable law, or in a manner that is harmful to the platform, other players, or third parties. Common grounds for account action include, but are not limited to: providing false registration information, underage gambling, fraudulent payment activity, abusive behaviour toward other users or staff, or attempting to exploit technical errors or vulnerabilities. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, elotto will make reasonable efforts to communicate the reason and expected timeline to the affected player. If a closure is confirmed as justified, any bonuses, promotional credits, or winnings derived from prohibited activity may be forfeited. Players who wish to voluntarily close their accounts, including for responsible gaming reasons, may do so by contacting elotto through the process described in the FAQ section. Any eligible real-money balance remaining at the time of legitimate account closure will be returned to the player through an approved payment method after any required verification is completed.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the elotto platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game software, audio-visual content, and written materials — are owned by or licensed to elotto and are protected under copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform content solely for your personal and non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, publish, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any platform content without prior written permission from elotto. The elotto platform may reference or link to third-party services, including payment processors, game content providers, and external support resources. These third-party services are governed by their own terms and conditions and privacy policies, and elotto has no control over their content, accuracy, or availability. The inclusion of a reference to any third-party service on elotto does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of that service. You access any third-party services entirely at your own risk, and elotto accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of such services. In particular, transactions carried out through third-party payment providers are subject to the terms and fee structures of those providers, and any disputes relating to such transactions must be resolved directly with the relevant payment provider. We encourage you to review the terms of any third-party service before providing personal or financial information to it.
11. Changes to These Terms
elotto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "last updated" date shown at the top of this page and, where practicable, provide notice to registered players through an on-platform notification or by email to the address on file. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of the elotto platform after the effective date of any revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
